I want you to absolutely fall in love with your Mala necklace. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible.
Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be changed, as it's already prepared for shipping.
If you wish to return goods for a refund I am happy to do so, providing that the goods are returned within 30 days with their original packaging, unworn and/or unused and in perfect resalable condition.
The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as I cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to me. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen return service if you have proof of postage.
